Board Review · Perth
A regular, independent board review is one of the most effective ways for a board to lift its performance. It gives directors a safe, structured way to reflect on how the board works together, where it adds value and what would make it more effective.
Perth's boards range from resources and energy businesses to Western Australian Government entities, health services, member associations and Aboriginal corporations across the state. David reviews Perth boards in the unlisted, government, member-based and not-for-profit sectors.
Board review and performance evaluation is a core part of David's practice. He has served as an independent chair and non-executive director on boards across many sectors, studied board governance at Harvard Business School and spent eight years as SA/NT State Director of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
