Remuneration Review

Remuneration reviews for Australian boards

Setting director fees and executive pay is one of the more sensitive decisions a board makes. An independent review gives the board an objective basis for its decisions and helps it explain them to members and stakeholders.

David provides remuneration reviews for boards and executives across Australia, working with chairs and remuneration committees.

David has been the independent chair of a remuneration and nominations committee and has served as a chair and director across many sectors, so he understands both the governance and the people side of remuneration.
