Performance reviews for local government

Councils carry real responsibility for their communities, and elected members benefit from the same honest, structured reflection on performance as any board. An independent review helps the council and each member understand their strengths and where to focus.

David provides elected member performance reviews for local government across Australia, alongside governance training for councils.

David has local government experience, including as Independent Chairman of the LGA Procurement Board and Chairman of the Central Adelaide Waste Recycling Authority.
